Our whole school topic this term is "We are scientists".  In Reception and key stage 1 the children are investigating forces by looking at  toys and finding out how they move.  Our key stage 2 children are investigating forces through making and researching simple machines and asking key questions: Why do things move? What slows objects down?  Why do objects fall towards the Earth?
